Japanese Language Tutor

Jin Technologies is expanding its language and professional training offerings and is looking for a certified and experienced Japanese Language Tutor to join our team. If you are passionate about teaching Japanese and enjoy helping learners build practical, real-world language skills, we would love to hear from you.

This position is primarily based in Karachi or Islamabad, however candidates from other cities are also encouraged to apply, as the role includes both online and on-site teaching.

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualifications

• JLPT N2 or higher certification (mandatory).
• Formal training or certification in Japanese language teaching is preferred.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience teaching Japanese as a foreign language.
• Proven experience teaching beginner-level courses (JLPT N5 & N4).

Required Skills:

• Strong command of Japanese grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation.
• Fluency in English. Additional fluency in Urdu will be preferred.
• Ability to teach both online and onsite effectively.
• Experience in designing lesson plans aligned with JLPT goals.
• Excellent verbal communication and explanation skills.
• Learner-centered and task-based teaching approach.
• Ability to assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Japan Foundation’s Irodori curriculum.
• Exposure to task-based or communicative language teaching methodologies.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Conduct Japanese language classes for beginner levels (N5 & N4).
• Prepare structured lesson plans, learning materials, and assessments.
• Teach practical Japanese for real-life communication and cultural understanding.
• Monitor student performance and provide regular feedback.
• Maintain class records and support course improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with the academic team.
