Business Application Specialist

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), a STEM discipline or a related field.

Experience

Preferably 2+ years of industry experience in rapid software development or a similar role. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with experience in FileMaker Pro will be preferred.

Required Skills:

• Solid understanding of database concepts.
• Exceptional analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clear documentation and presentations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their business objectives and translate them into technical solutions.
• Rapidly develop prototypes, applications and automated workflows.
• Design and develop informative reports and interactive dashboards.
• Contribute to the process of gathering, defining and documenting comprehensive software requirements.

Soft Skills:

• A high level of attention to detail, with the ability to work independently.
• Effective communication skills.
• Strong discipline and ability to meet tight deadlines.
