Eligibility Criteria:
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design or a related field.
Experience
2+ years of industry experience.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant tools.
- A strong portfolio showcasing design projects and polished modern design sensibilities.
- A portfolio of work in UI Design for mobile and web platforms.
- A solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Excellent typography skills.
- Basic understanding of front-end languages and their impact on design (HTML, CSS, etc.)
Soft Skills:
- Effective communication skills.
- Strong discipline and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and incorporate feedback effectively.
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
- Design user interfaces that align with user needs and business goals.
- Maintain consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
