Human Resources Officer

Jin Technologies is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented female Human Resources Officer for our Islamabad team.

This is an onsite role.

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience

2+ years of HR experience, preferably in the IT sector.

Required Skills:

• Strong sourcing and screening skills.
• Experience coordinating and conducting interviews.
• Familiarity with onboarding/offboarding processes and documentation.
• Understanding of employee relations practices and grievance handling procedures.
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance practices in Pakistan.
• Experience planning or supporting employee engagement initiatives and events.
• Proficient in standard office productivity tools: spreadsheets, documents, and presentations.
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms is a plus.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing the recruitment lifecycle for technical and non-technical roles: job postings, sourcing, screening, and shortlisting.
• Handle onboarding and offboarding formalities.
• Draft internal communications and company announcements.
• Handle employee relations and employee queries.
• Foster a positive workplace culture.
• Plan and support employee engagement activities and events.

Soft Skills:

• A high level of attention to detail, with the ability to work independently.
• Effective communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
